This document describes what data Athletic Underground collects when you submit a beta access request, why we collect it, and how to remove it.
[ 01. WHAT WE COLLECT ]
From the form:
- Name — what you enter in the IDENTIFIER field.
- Email address — for one-way contact if you are accepted.
- Statement (optional) — any free-text you choose to include.
- Submission timestamp.
Incidental, from server logs:
- IP address and request metadata, retained for 30 days for operational and security purposes only.
We do not collect physical addresses, phone numbers, payment information, biometric data, or location data.
[ 02. WHY WE COLLECT IT ]
To evaluate beta access requests and contact you if accepted. Nothing else. We do not use this data for marketing, do not sell it, do not share it with third parties, and do not analyze it beyond evaluation.
[ 03. WHO HAS ACCESS ]
Athletic Underground operators reviewing beta requests. Data is stored on private infrastructure with encryption at rest and access controls.
[ 04. THIRD PARTIES & TRACKING ]
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts. Form submissions are received and processed by our own servers.
[ 05. RETENTION ]
Beta request data is retained until the beta program closes or you request deletion, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
[ 06. YOUR RIGHTS ]
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data at any time. Email dan.ellis4@gmail.com with the email address you used in the form. Requests are honored within 30 days.
[ 07. CHANGES ]
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to data already submitted.
